Panel Theme: What are the roles small organizations, communities, projects, and networks of citizens have played and can play in helping to address climate crises? What needs to occur, what actions need to be taken by whom, to advance these small-scale climate action efforts?

Panel Themes:What are some examples of efforts in which global citizens have taken actions that are aggregated or networked on a global basis to amplify their global climate action effects? How can global citizens communicate more effectively within their networks and connect to others for maximum climate action impact?

How can we work out pledges for climate actions that are advanced by groups or model legislation to be adopted by legislatures around the world? And, how can we advance small-scale solutions to be advanced by larger organizations?
